Softball Strength Foundations – Level 1

An 8-week strength program for youth softball players

Designed for beginner youth athletes who want to get stronger, move better, and stay healthy.

What you get:

  • 8-week Softball Strength Foundations program

  • 3 full-body workouts per week (A, B, and C)

  • 30–35 minute workouts designed to fit around practice and school

  • Step-by-step video demonstrations for every movement

  • Built-in shoulder care to support healthy throwing mechanics

  • Core and rotational strength work for hitting and fielding

  • Balance and single-leg training to support injury prevention

  • Softball-specific conditioning (no long-distance running)

  • App-based access you can use at home or in the gym

  • 10 weeks of access, with an optional $5/month extension

  • Stick to 1200 calories a day

  • Workout for an hour 7 days straight

  • No desserts or treats of any kind

  • No carbs after noon

Meet the Coach

HELLO, I'M COACH Ellen K.

Hi, I’m Ellen — a certified personal trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist with experience working with young athletes. I created Softball Strength Foundations to help players build strength safely, learn proper movement, and stay healthy as they grow.

My approach focuses on age-appropriate training, proper technique, and injury prevention, especially for shoulders, hips, and core strength that support softball performance. This program is designed to complement team practices and build confidence on and off the field.
