I help women create routines that stick so they can feel stronger, more energized, and in control of their health — without restriction or overwhelm.

Ellen has been passionate about fitness and nutrition for over 20 years. From college bodybuilding competitions to marathons and co-owning a CrossFit gym, she’s done it all. A former middle school teacher and mom of three, Ellen brings her love of teaching and encouragement to her coaching — helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, she focuses on whole food nutrition, practical movement, and sustainable habits that deliver real-life results.
